After the fabric enters the factory, it needs to be counted in quantity and inspected for appearance and internal quality. Only those that meet production requirements can be put into use. What’s more, before mass production, technical preparations must first be carried out, including the development of fitness wear process sheets, templates, and sample clothing production. Seriously, the sample clothing cannot enter the next production process without being confirmed by the customer.
The fabric will be cut and sewn into fit wear semi-finished products. Some special post-processing may be required, such as washing clothes with water, sanding clothes, and processing wrinkle effects. Finally, the auxiliary process and ironing process are carried out through buttonholes and buttons, and packaging and warehousing are carried out after passing the inspection.

Ensuring the quality of fabrics is an important part of controlling the quality of finished products. The inspection and measurement of incoming fabrics can effectively improve the qualification rate of bulk orders.
(2) Technical preparation
Technical preparation is an important means to ensure smooth mass production and that the final product meets customer requirements. Technical preparation includes three aspects: gym sportswear TechPack, sample development, and sample clothing production. The TechPack is a guiding document in clothing processing, which puts forward detailed requirements for clothing specifications, sewing, ironing, packaging, etc.
Details such as clothing accessories matching and stitch density should also be clarified. Each process in clothing processing should strictly follow the requirements of the TechPack.
